Great stay, great location , short walk in to town and beach , great parkings included. Break great Peppa (dog) always has her sausage too. Really toasty hot room. Stayed few times we will be back for sure

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The plus sode to this bed amd breakfast is that all rooms are ensuite. Breakfast was great

Staff were so nice , Nothing to much trouble. Breakfast was lovely. Lovely atmosphere. It was great to find a great place who was so dog friendly 😊. Will definitely book again.

Very clean though out the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help and the breakfast is a full English breakfast really good value for money on street parking all you have to do is give them your reg number and they book it in with the council so you don’t get a ticket Really good value for money and only 3 minutes walk from sea front

Mid standard B&B, Clean room a little bit tired. If you are relying on WiFi in the room the signal isn’t great. John (host) was really welcoming and friendly. Reasonable breakfast. All in all a comfortable 1 night stay.

Very friendly welcome, the guys couldn't do enough to help. Great location, minutes walk from everything. Rooms were nice, breakfast was great, and was a very welcoming, homely vibe, will be back

Owners where very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very nice. Easy parking but on street. Room was very clean and bed comfortable, bathroom shower clean. Short distance into town centre about 10 minutes walk and less than 5 minutes too beach and spa

Staff very cheerful & helpful. Parking is possible under residential signage as numberplate is logged with local council by B&B. Family room was very comfortable and spacious. Cooked Breakfast was lovely. Nice easy 10 minute walk to Sea Front.

Very helpful staff , on street parking . Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean. I found hair on the sofa, so we decided not to use the shower. On a scale of 1-5, I'd rate the breakfast a 2.

The guest house was really run down and in very poor condition, there was a very strong smell of artificial air freshener the moment you stepped in the place, the decor was really old and tired , the towels had a funny smell to them and there was no toiletries at all in the bathroom not even soap , I would never stay there again
