"This hotel certainly comes in handy for travelers with early flights out of MXP. I stayed here the night before an early flight in April 2026. The hotel has direct access to Terminal 1 which is where a majority of international flights depart from. The pool and fitness center are great. I had a delicious lunch at Il Canneto (on site restaurant) and ordered room service for dinner which was delivered very quickly. "We stayed there at the end of our trip because it is close to the Milan airport and they have shuttle service. The hotel is beautiful and clean. It has a restaurant with delicious food. We booked the family room and it was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The staff is professional and friendly."

"While very trendy and new…our first room was very cold and they had to move us…after verifying that the room was, in fact, cold…really! …apparently, the temperature is somehow controlled remotely…the next morning we didn’t have any water…it took them about an hour to get it fixed…although we were sorely inconvenienced, the staff was very nice and polite…we missed breakfast and it was part of my package…"
