Also, I had booked an "extended" room, but they gave me the smallest one. I went back to tell her that it wasn't an extended room—since I’d stayed in one before—but she insisted it was and claimed there were no other...

"Mattress was likely a large bag filled with old clothes, very lumpy and hard. Could hear the CPAP machine of someone on one side and snoring the other. We do not travel frequently bot we will have to find another way for accomodations."
