"10/10 perfection"

"Lovely room, spotless, beds & pillows a little hard. Crisp linen and fresh towels and gorgeous shower gels and soaps etc supplied. Little disappointed nothing on the tv other than paid for movies, couldnt even listen to radio or watch freeview when chiling out for a while. Room was lovely and quiet and nice blackout curtains too. "

"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "Our overnight stop was perfect. The staff were brilliant especially the manager. We were made to feel welcome , had a lovely meal in the bar and breakfast was brilliant. Well done."

"The room was lovely spacious and clean. Decor is good. What could be improved is in bathroom there is no sanitary bags or body cream like other hotels. Also no coffee pod machine. Also a male member of staff walked into our room I assume to clean he didn’t knock and it was not passed checked out time my elderly aunt got a shock as she just come out the shower but laughed it off thinking the poor young man would have got an eye saw I didn’t complain but they should really knock before entering...

"The hotel is fine, it struck me as a kind of an upmarket Premier Inn. Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay."

"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...

"Staff were very helpful and courteous. Carpets and curtains were dated and worn but the friendliness and helpfulness of staff was good. The hotel provided clean sheets and towels and information about local entertainment and shops. Parking was an extra cost of £9.50 for 24 hours which was good for Brighton. Would need more information about how to use shower and TV. Great location for the beach, pier and entertainment. Good value overall. "
