"Studio Allston has a vibe that I never experienced before. I keep strange wee morning hours; Sara the night manager and the security were so accommodating and kind to me. 24/7 coffee/hot water machine. Was able to use the lobby to make a painting with provided supplies and basically roamed around freely without worries. The room was great. Breakfast great. You can’t go wrong. "Everyone at this hotel has always been very kind and provided great service. I have stayed at the Seaport hotel for the past four years when I come for the Boston Marathon.
Each year, I receive a $35 VIP credit to spend on food or beverages, and I have always used it at Starbucks without any issues. This year, however, I was told that due to company policy, the credit cannot be used at Starbucks, so I was not given the $35 credit.

"Great breakfast and cool vibe. Our room's heating system was loud and blew air uncomfortably, and there was a a leak in the shower stall as well as evidence of a leak in the ceiling. Needs a little maintenance. But the bed was comfy and the kitchenette useful. Staff pleasant and friendly."
