"This is a brand new facility that opened September 2025. It still smells to a new building smell. In fact our room floor had construction dust that has not yet been post construction deep cleaned. Our socks got dirty just by walking on the hardwood floors in our room. Pleasw see photos. Upon our arrival, we noticed cup stains on the nightstand and when told the front desk, she replied "I'll take a note of that." That's it! "My room had ants and some kind of flying bug. There are also red stains on the carpet which I hope aren't blood. The front desk had no answers for anything. Very frustrating."

Also we walked into our room for the first time and the Tv was on, I don’t know if that’s normal or someone was in there watching before we got there. "The location is great—right at the top of Main Street—and the front desk was great at check-in. Our room had a nice little balcony and a peek-a-boo view down the hill. But the room amenities were funky: no hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom, no bottled water, and a bed frame slightly bigger than the mattress. The parking pass was a real plus, given the tourist traffic on Main Street. Our stay was pleasant, but the rooms could use just a bit more TLC."
