Hotel murah di Brighton

"STAY AWAY !!!! They are independently owned and operated. The hotel was not well maintained. The staff was terrible, unhelpful and no customer service skills. 1. They charged my card for a $100 "deposit" for 2 rooms. I had to dispute the charge to get it off. 2. There was no coffee in the lobby and the clerk said the Lobby restroom was "clogged". To use the restroom I would have to complete check-in and use the one in the room. 3 There was a sign post "no breakfast sorry for the inconvenience"....

"This location is perfection for people traveling North on Hwy 459/59 through or from Bham. Liberty Park is lovely and manicured, as well as convenient to Hwy 280 and the gorgeous neighborhood of Mountain Brook. This particular Hilton Garden Inn is impressive for a 3-star Mo-Micro-Tel. The lobby is lovely and well appointed. When we visited, one elevator was out of service, but, they weren’t fully booked, so it didn’t cause us any real difficulty. "This hotel was really nice on the inside but mildly felt unsafe on the outside. We had no issues or anything but it just didnt feel like it was in the best part of town. Overall good price and close enough to downtown that it worked well. The rooms were really nice."

"Booked through Expedia, which caused an error in booking and neither Expedia or BW would help fix the error, despite speaking with the host and paying for another booking AND the receptionist telling me it's an error that happens often. Very disappointed in Expedia and BW."

"The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly. The big disappointment was the pool, it was one of the reasons i booked this hotel as I wanted to lounge by the pool on my day of arrival which is why I paid the early check in fee. Only to find that the pool was GREEN. It was disgusting, so I couldnt swim in it. :("
