"The staff make this hotel. Friendly and helpful. Room had air conditioning which was bonus but bit of a climb up stairs to reach it. Lift unfortunately not working but able to use disability lift. Pleased with stay ."

"When we turned up our room was not available and they downgraded us, room stunk of sewerage. The toilets downstairs were off limits as there was a blockage ..I was told I would get a refund but have had nothing . Staff very unhelpful and I can honestly say I will never stay in a Hilton again"
