"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "Lovely staff, lovely room and lovely hotel! This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed and if prices remain similar, we will be back again! The only slight issue was that the shower takes ages to warm up - and I mean ages and the toilets have a VERY narrow pipe, so easily get blocked"

"The room was very spacious with all amenities needed available in the room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The entire property was very well decorated and the stay was really quiet. The property is also very close to the train station and local pubs and takeaway. We will be staying again"

"A hidden gem, clean tidy cheap, basic accomodation far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough you wont miss any of the action. "

"The room was OK, but finding the hotel and finding the room within the hotel were both very difficult. They also asked for an additional card checking fee before check-in, though thankfully they waived this when we queried it. The remote check in made the start of the stay very stressful, but once we were in it was fine. There are some lovely period features in the property, but some of the paneling is actually wallpaper!"

"Was a surprisingly pleasant stay at this hotel, i was worried after reading some of the reviews but it was actually a nice hotel, the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean and smelled fresh, some areas of cleaning had been missed but it wasn't a problem for us. The decor was so interesting and was nice to stay in a hotel with a bit of personality. "
