"Beautiful room with lots of space as was the shower room. Both really clean and tidy. All the usual amenities, tea and coffee facilities. Also tins of water were given to us on arrival.There was a large widescreen tv on the wall. The room was overlooking the seafront and it being a lovely day it was great to stand out on the balcony to watch the world go by."

"It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The location was great, and it was quiet and peaceful, even when the rest of the city was having a good time. My room was called Indulgence, and I was lucky to have a view, with large windows, of the sea and the small park outside. This proved to be extra useful as I wasn't feeling well one of the days and spent it fully in the room. "lovely, hotel and excellent team, well placed in the Lanes. very pleasant place to stay. i stayed in a superior room facing on the access and was at times noisy, late night revellers, bin-glass collection at 5.30am - so not the best of sleep. i mentioned it politely, to be informed :-s that they try to accommodate long term guests in rooms tucked at the back of the hotel - if you stay here make sure to request a non-street, quiet room."

"This hotel promised much but fell short in a number of different areas, namely around the room and en-suite. For a 4 star hotel the room was worn around the edges for example the plug socket for the kettle didn't work and the strings for the blinds were broken and then knotted. In addition, the main blind in the bedroom had masking tape on it. A 4 star hotel should have better quality fittings.
