"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "Great location but quite noisy. We stayed on a weekend and as the clubs and pubs emptied out there was a lot of shouting and singing from the street so just be aware of that. Room was comfortable and clean but a little underwhelming for the price. Staircase up to room is very narrow so quite difficult to negotiate with luggage. Would not recommend for a person who is not too mobile."

"Perfectly placed. Both quiet and central. Near to both beach and restaurants. Room large and clean. We were there to run the Brighton half marathon and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful for us with the early start and even provided protein bars and snacks for us. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for any occasion 100%. Bar area had a lovely atmosphere to sit and play games. "Location great. Easy access. Not worth the money they ask. Smell of urine in stairwell. No hot water for shower in morning. Shower head coming off wall. Thick dust on bathroom towel rail. Stained carpet. Has potential, but clearly not checked for consistent level of quality. Disappointed "
