"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "Great hotel. Great room service. Food was lovely. Had a sea view room on 4th floor. Only thing would be to remove the silly dressing table from the room so we could sit in the bay window. Its just not necessary in the room."

"Great location but quite noisy. We stayed on a weekend and as the clubs and pubs emptied out there was a lot of shouting and singing from the street so just be aware of that. Room was comfortable and clean but a little underwhelming for the price. Staircase up to room is very narrow so quite difficult to negotiate with luggage. Would not recommend for a person who is not too mobile."
