Hotel murah di Brightwell-cum-Sotwell

"Just doe a night it was ok. There are lots of little things that just need a little attention to smarten up the hotel and make the experience a better for guests. Staff are helpful but seem a little complacent that’s how things are. Eg. Hotel rubbish outside in the walkway between the two car parks where staff also have a ‘smoking table’ with lots of ash, rubbish on the flat roof outside our window, mould on our window frame, sheet was too small for our bed frame and didn’t tuck in, fire door...

"Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday."

"The historic building is simply beautiful, very charming, and well-restored. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The service in the restaurant was very friendly but extremely slow. The food was rather mediocre. Breakfast was actually quite poor. There was barely a tablespoon of yogurt with the granola, and the toast was cold and hard like rusk. The location itself is beautiful."

"There was no air conditioning, and the room was extremely hot and stuffy. A member of staff told us they would provide an additional fan, so we went to reception to ask. We were told a fan would be sent to our room, but after waiting over an hour nothing arrived. When we returned to reception, we were then told that no fans were available. We were also not given any information about breakfast, including where it was served or the opening and closing times. The hotel was extremely busy due to...

"We had an amazing night staying in the deluxe suite and it was spectacular. The room in the accommodations could not have been better. The staff in the bar, restaurant and hotel were all very nice and happy to help in any request that we had. Food restaurant was great and the atmosphere was terrific – definitely check out the Abbey directly across the street."
