"Lovely stay for the night"

"Our room was clean but very congested. Very small mini fridge and no microwave. No closet just a small bar to hang clothes on. Tub was extremely slippery. Beds were very comfortable. Typical breakfast fare nothing very appealing. Went somewhere else for breakfast. Charged us upfront for incidentals of 75.00 which I did not like at all. We won't stay at this property again."

"One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"I didn’t get the room that I paid for and then after I mentioned that I was in the wrong room for some reason every time I left my room and I came back to the hotel. My key will not open the door so I went three stories up in an elevator my key didn’t work and then I had to go back down to reset my key, but I think that was done because I complained about I did not get the room I paid for"

"The breakfast was very good and the place for the price was ok, I stayed for two nights on the third floor; the place is currently being renovated. The room was clean, but the hallway -despite being a non-smoking area- smelled like cigarettes on the first day, but smelled much, much better by the second day. The pool area needs more maintenance. The location is excellent: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and a convenience store are all less than 5 minutes, and it is only 15 minutes...

"Lots of variety in the breakfast. Very nice staff in the kitchen. Excellent location with easy access to Rt 290/395 and Mass Pike. Bathroom could use an upgrade."

"The property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in room #3 and it was very nice. The breakfast consisted of only a cranberry muffin and Keurig coffee. Most restaurants and businesses in and around the town are closed on Monday and Tuesday."

"The Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced they were gross. Beds were fine, served the job of a cheap place to sleep. Definitely needs work, caulking in bathrooms need to be replaced and the hotel when you enter smells like smoke."

"I was told that a room would be reserved for an extra night because I had previously requested it, and the staff assured me a note had been added to my account. However, when I went downstairs to extend my stay, I was told that no such request or note existed. It was frustrating to receive conflicting information, especially after relying on what I had been told. Better communication between staff members would have prevented this inconvenience."

"It was ok for a break in our long drive - nothing fancy. The coffee provided in the lobby was not quality at all. Not a fan of all the activity in the parking lot or the fact the doors go straight outside."

"All I can say is the people and the facility are great now the breakfast on the other hand is reasonable except for the hot items like the eggs are squishy, watery, spongy, and gross"
