"The location is superb, facilities adequate and good on site parking. There is however no on site reception and all check in procedures are provided via Email. When there is a problem you have to communicate with an off site person (not sure where) either via Email or phone. The shower in the room was a bath with shower over and not accessible as I have had 2 hip replacements. Just make sure you request a walk in shower room if you have any mobility issues.
