"I’ve stayed here 3 times. Everything about this place is lovely. 3 different rooms and each as comfortable as the last. Parking is convenient for you have an empty space is right in front of your room. Rooms are also super clean with a nice mounted TV, fridge, and coffee station. Also the staff at the front desk is always great. Worth every penny. Thank you for your consistency Founders Brook"

"Kind of rundown room. Strong odor like an old floor mop upon entry. Had to open window and leave for an hour to try to clear air. Didn’t work. Hall smelled,the same evidenced by plug in air deodorants in the hall. Heater worked awful. Noisy and inconsistent operation.
Nowhere to hang a hand towel near sink.
