"We enjoyed our stay at The Larix, and will definitely come back for our next time in Kimberly. All the staff we interacted with were wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent as well. Our room was tight, but comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. "

"I was very pleased with the cleanliness and conditions of the motel. Looks like all the rooms have been upgraded in recent years and the parking lot was recently repaved. It all just looks clean and tidy. It's rare that I find a motel or AirBnB with clean floors but this motel had them. Often times i have to keep socks or sandals on the entire time I'm in a place due to sticky or dirty floors. My room at Swiss Chalet did not require this and the bottom of my feet were clean. Maybe seems minor...

"I recently stayed at the Coast Hillcrest Hotel while traveling between Vancouver and Calgary during a move, and it turned out to be an excellent experience. I was especially surprised (and very relieved) that their pet policy allowed cats, as I was traveling with two. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that welcome cats, so this made a big difference for me and made the move far less stressful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless—quick, efficient, and handled professionally....

"I was very disappointed with the room instead of having four towels. I had three, no soap to wash my body period. I pulled out the bed and there were french fries and dirt underneath each bed. And your representative on the phone was very rude for the first booking and said I was getting the best deal then I had to call back and I said I just booked it online and I got it $50 cheaper "

"So the room and property was clean and well maintained. The coffee bar and comfortable sitting area were a nice touch and it was great they provided games to play. Hot tub was also nice. Great location close to everything Biggest complaint is that there was no A/C and no fans provided in the room. So we had to leave the window open, and theres no screen. Unfortunately both the Friday and Saturday nights there were loud and obnoxious drunks outside the hotel keeping everyone up. Not great when...

"Check in time the staff mentioned that the right hand side building is under construction but when we mentioned that nothing was stated at the time of booking she than promptly changed her mind and provided room which with mountain view which we requested. Breakfast was very nice. We really enjoyed it !! Staff was helpful !!"
