"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"Let me put this upfront the flat is great very clean and great comfort. The bathroom is for four+ very small but still sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. It is directly located at the market square which is great for going but but also means that until midnight it can be quiet load. Now the downside, I had possibly the worse customer service ever. "The appartement was very nice, cosy and clean, and in a new building. It was fully equipped, including breakfast food (cereals, milk, etc.). The location was also a great asset, as it was close to the bus and train station, to a shopping mall as well as to the city center. In addition, the lady, who greeted us, Lenka, was really nice and helpful, and provided us with many good recommendations on what to do in Brno and its surroundings."

"Exceptional hotel with friendly welcoming and helpful staff. From the smiling hosts at the morning breakfast everything was fresh and delicious. Great coffee! The piano and grand hall seating area is a dream of luxury to sit have cocktails and enjoy. The Dani.B restaurant was amazing. Best experience in our over 35 year travelling Europe and North America. 💯recommend 😍😍😍"

"Rooms were large. We were on the 10th floor in an executive suite. Tons of room. Bed was super comfortable. We had an issue the 1st night with a faulty A/C but moved to the room next store for the rest of our stay. Breakfast had tons of options and was nice a beautiful restaurant. There are numerous restaurants and pubs within walking distance and the main train station was a 12 minute walk away. The only issue is the parking. The hotel has limited spots in its own lot. You have to enter and exit with a ticket. Two of the three times we tried to exit, the ticket validation from the hotel did not work and we had to call the hotel for help. A minor issue but it would seem easy to fix by the hotel. This was our first trip to Brno so i cannot compare this hotel to others in the city. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a lovely week at this property."
