I was prepared to give one, but noted that there was no evidence any housekeep had been done. "Breakfast was 10/10, the staff 10/10 soooo helpful! I loved staying here it made life easy with my 9 month old and having breakfast included helped not having to figure out what to eat! If ever needed, I will be staying here again!"

"I was disappointed with this hotel. Expedia showed a 9+ rating, but my experience did not match that at all. The bathroom was extremely small and did not include basic toiletries such as body lotion. The shower was very noisy, and there was hardly any space to move—my hands kept touching the shower curtain. The carpet did not feel clean, which made the room feel uncomfortable overall. The TV was quite small and poorly positioned, making it difficult to watch comfortably. The location seems good,...

"Carpets were dirty and stained, walls had scuffs on them and furniture was damaged. A/C barely worked and when I asked for someone to check it I was told this was energy saving option. Reservation was for four people, yet there were only three towels in the bathroom and two bottles of water. Lights were so dimmed you could barely see at night and some of them didn't work. Upon check-in I was invited to sign a document declining housekeeping services since we stayed three nights. Not a four star...

"Room does not look like photos. Dingy, run down, stains on bed. A/C was warm. I checked out right after I checked in. Hotel and Expedia wouldn't refund. Expedia gave me a $25 credit, yay! Lol. So apparently a hotel can mislead and put you in a filthy room and there's no recourse. I would NEVER book here!"

"We will definitely stay again. The outdoor fun for the family is amazing. The staff was beyond wonderful. Breakfast was great (wish it started just a little earlier 7:30 was cutting it close when we had to be an hour away by 9 but it still worked out) the front desk lady in the evening was so very helpful and kind and the amenities are fantastic. We were very happy with the size of the room and cleanliness. This is a great stay. We had 7 people from ages 4-33 and every person had a great time...
