"I am a long-time Marriott customer and generally have a high regard for them. On this stay, 3 nights long, I noted a card giving the housekeeper's name and suggesting a tip. I was prepared to give one, but noted that there was no evidence any housekeep had been done. I dropped a small piece of a candy wrapper on the first day, and it remained on the floor until I checked out, which meant no vacuuming was ever done. The bed was never made up. "Carpets were dirty and stained, walls had scuffs on them and furniture was damaged. A/C barely worked and when I asked for someone to check it I was told this was energy saving option. Reservation was for four people, yet there were only three towels in the bathroom and two bottles of water. Lights were so dimmed you could barely see at night and some of them didn't work. Upon check-in I was invited to sign a document declining housekeeping services since we stayed three nights. Not a four star...

"We will definitely stay again. The outdoor fun for the family is amazing. The staff was beyond wonderful. Breakfast was great (wish it started just a little earlier 7:30 was cutting it close when we had to be an hour away by 9 but it still worked out) the front desk lady in the evening was so very helpful and kind and the amenities are fantastic. We were very happy with the size of the room and cleanliness. This is a great stay. We had 7 people from ages 4-33 and every person had a great time...
