Hotel dekat Moonlight Ampitheatre

"The front desk guy kick out my girlfriend in the middle of the night . He stated that I was the only one allowed to stay at motel. Never have I ever experience this in any hotel in the USA. I’ll never be staying here again and don’t recommend anyone as well"

"What a horrible experience. We first got in around 10pm and was told we got a room upgrade. My partner and I got a suite with a large comfy bed and instead got shoved into a corner disability unit with two small beds “suite”. We had horrible noise from upstairs neighbors all night and slept for only two hours that night. Lights weren’t turning on, ants in the shower. I asked to speak to a manager who was coming in later and was told they would help me by having him call me back he never did. I...

"It was a clean room other then a weird odor. You’re able to hear people talking from the other rooms and everything in the hallway from doors slamming to people passing by."

"We were very pleasantly surprised by this property. We booked a double King room, which is super rare to find. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. The microwave, refrigerator, and coffee were appreciated. I especially liked the small touches like tongs with the ice bucket, 2 luggage racks, and a step stool in the bathroom. The cookies and milk at night were a nice touch. The hot breakfast was excellent: eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, etc. We will definitely...

"Staff are great and the property is well Maintained. The room was clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is just ok, we don’t really like the packaged eggs that are served. The location is great and close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay."

"Great stay"

"The room was very clean, no odors, the bathroom was spotless; easy to find, close to legoland. Great customer service."

"Perfect beach hotel for families."

"We absolutely loved stayed there, definitely will be going back"

"We booked the Laguna room for three nights but ended up couldn't stay for more than one night due to privacy/safety issues. Check-in was difficult because the property does not have a front desk. No check-in instructions were sent on the day of arrival, so we had to contact the property and wait for a response. The room lacked a closet, drawers, and hangers. It also did not have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan and window fan. The room had privacy and safety issues. The blinds had holes,...

"Staff was helpful and kind bed was comfortable and pillows too. Clean room but had really bad smell in hallway that we kept smelling in our room. I told staff they said they would check it out and try to help. but then it was back the next day not sure what was going on. other than that it was a good stay"
