"There isn't anything I liked . The hotel was awful, staff unhelpful even after we complained. The manger was useless and unhelpful. The shower was broken bed side cabinet was also broken . Draw stuck out the side of bed . It would not close . I kept catching my leg on it . The headboard was dirty . The stairs was very steep. Not the best hotel. won't stay again . Meals was awful . "The hotel is an attractive building set in extensive grounds, with an interesting woodland walk. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few areas where the guest experience could be improved. It took us quite a while to find our room because the receptionist did not give us complete directions, and the signage did not direct guests to the second lift. Later on wemet two other guests who were also lost in the same area, and we helped them find...
