Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place "

"The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. The reserve was so peaceful"
