"The sausage was rubbery. The bagels were very, very hard. Not the usual hard. No fruit. Very disappointing."

"We had to clean our own room take out our own trash after spending over 700.00 dollars for three nights. The " house keeper" was on our floor all three days and didn't even touch our room. My wife had to go to the front desk to get supplies two days in a row. The front desk said "they were understaffed". We have stayed here twice and we have to stay in Ronoake Rapids one more weekend. It's a good thing there are two more hotels right next to this one. Hilton should be ashamed. The Holiday Inn...

"The Baymont is a shabby Day’s Inn motel with no smoking permitted. Found this out when we entered: the Welcome mat at the entrance says ‘Baymont’. The Front Desk allowed us to cancel."

"We stopped here on a road trip to Washington DC I’m literally the hottest day of the year so we were sure to bring a cooler with drinks in it that is very heavy. We ask the clerk of the desk where are the luggage cars and he was absolutely no help at all stating that there were only two and they’re probably in a room."

"We had a horrible experience and ended up not staying at the hotel. The room below us had a black tarp around the door with yellow caution tape. We immediately felt scared but proceeded to our room. As soon as we opened the door the smell of weed took us out and immediately gave us a headache. We ended up finding another hotel and when we went to turn our keys in nwe were told no refund. Worst experience ever."

"Road noise was loud, carpet was soiled, beds and pillows were comfortable. Furniture was new, bathroom was old. It was clean anf fine for an overnight. Breakfast was adequate, server was very sweet."
