"Property was ok but the rooms are very tight Not much room to move by the bed and no place to put your luggage or really sit other than a very low couch It looks nice but for the price I’d expect nicer furnishings Breakfast was very basic cereal and bananas"

"The worst part of our stay happened between 3:30 and 5am. I woke up to loud yelling outside our room & after waiting for it to stop, looked out around 4am. A clearly intoxicated woman was sitting in the hallway, loudly talking with an employee who was hanging out in a "Team Members Only" room. She continued yelling for another hour after seeing me look out the door. Because she appeared to know the staff, I honestly didn't feel comfortable calling the front desk and was genuinely concerned for...

"The hot water faucet did not work in the bathroom and the sink drained poorly when brushing teeth. However, the property was extremely clean and up-to-date. The pool was really fun had adequate shade and floaties, toys to play with. The grab and go breakfast bar was amazing. Plenty of choices, everyone in our group was satisfied with the selection"

"When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up."

"Property very close to empire village. Easy walk into town to shop and dine. Rooms very large and comfortable. Easy check in and out. Very close to the sleeping bear dunes. Many lakes in the surrounding area as well as other cites close by to shop and dine. Visitor center right to hotel. I would stay again when in the area."

"Parking was free at the back of the inn with entrance to the upstairs and rooms. Zee and Ed were friendly people and enjoyed talking to them. Zee checked to make sure everything was good with our room. Woud stay again if visiting area."
