"The apartment was nice enough. It was clean and quiet. Staff was available when I had questions. However, the furniture, particularly the sofa and mattresses were not very nice at all. The master bedroom mattress had remnants of being a firm bed at one time but as since broken down and is incredibly lumpy and unsupportive. Woke up sore every morning. The pillows were also thin and uncomfortable. The sofa in the main area was slanted and lumpy, and if you attempted to stretch out, you had a bar...

"I have stayed at this property for over 10 years, for all my Chicago vacations and this was by far my most disappointing experience. The issues began at check-in. I reserved three rooms for my family. The customer service representative told me she needed to swipe my credit card three separate times for a single reservation and stated it was not possible to charge the total for all three rooms in one transaction. Despite that explanation, my credit card ended up with six separate charges—two...

"Very pleasant room"

"65 for a robe? 7 for a water. No breakfast. Big tub was dirty. Big tub was not able to plug. Maintenance did respond at 11pm at our request. But I overall, for a suite purchase of 700+ for one nights stay; you would think you'd get these amenities for free and a cleaner tub. With complimentary robe /breakfast. The "river view" included the river. And giant letters T R U M P Which, would have been nice to see in the picture previews for the "river view""
