"The apartment was nice enough. It was clean and quiet. Staff was available when I had questions. However, the furniture, particularly the sofa and mattresses were not very nice at all. The master bedroom mattress had remnants of being a firm bed at one time but as since broken down and is incredibly lumpy and unsupportive. Woke up sore every morning. The pillows were also thin and uncomfortable. The sofa in the main area was slanted and lumpy, and if you attempted to stretch out, you had a bar...

My partner and I were blown away by how spotless it was, the interior design of the building, the professionalism of the staff… …and the view from our room - and, mind you, we weren’t even in one of their more luxurious rooms/suites, just their standard room. If you make bank, you should stay here every time you visit Chicago; if you don’t, this is a bucket list hotel. Cannot recommend it enough."

"Not a bad hotel just not my cup of tea. Rooms were incredibly small. I’m also not a fan of the sink and shower being in the room. The staff were decent. I wasn’t a fan of the lady at the taco restaurant inside. She asked me how can she help me as if she was going to take my order then proceed to tell me that I could order through the digital order screen."

"65 for a robe? 7 for a water. No breakfast. Big tub was dirty. Big tub was not able to plug. Maintenance did respond at 11pm at our request. But I overall, for a suite purchase of 700+ for one nights stay; you would think you'd get these amenities for free and a cleaner tub. With complimentary robe /breakfast. The "river view" included the river. And giant letters T R U M P Which, would have been nice to see in the picture previews for the "river view""
