"Wish I'd stayed longer! It was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the cabin was accessible which met my needs perfectly, the only feedback I have is around the kettle, it was old and really difficult to use, for an accessible cabin those little things also contribute to accessibility for people who are differently able. "Honestly no, the room was not clean. There was a soya sauce cap behind the curtain, what looked like cat/dog fur on the carpet and a burnt out globe in the bedside lamp.
Whilst presentable, I'm not sure 4 star is where we should be for an Accor hotel. "
