"The apartment was very clean, in a great location, and the main bed was comfortable, but unfortunately it was not suitable for four people. The space was extremely tight, and the guests sleeping on the pullout couch had to deal with a bright red exit sign that stayed illuminated all night, making it feel like they were sleeping under a giant glowing sun. "The property is beautiful and well maintained in a fantastic area. I asked via the messaging system three times if I could check in early but never got a response. That is not acceptable- what if there was an emergency? However I would be willing to stay here again if I could get responses.
Also there was a delivery in the alley the room faced (201)- one delivery was at 4:20am (!) and consisted of super loud slamming sounds for about 10 minutes which woke me up - but the bed is really great...
