"Arrived for check in and staff was incredibly rude. No air conditioning, vending machine was empty. Got to the room, which had no toilet paper. Called and asked for them to provide, they told us to wait until 9 am when house keeping arrived. Then told us to “come downstairs and get it ourselves.” Went down to get it and the desk slammed down a roll, very rude. Went to check out and there was cockroaches coming out in the room. "Had a great stay here on 4th of July weekend. Every staff member that I encountered was very polite and welcoming. The location is conveniently near a train station so it made commuting into the city very easy. The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The area around the hotel is a little rough but the hotel itself was clean and tidy. It is located close to the train and parking on the streets was fairly open when we were there. Good breakfast, and friendly staff. The Laundry room worked well and it has a decent fitness room."
