"Hi. We were interrupted from our sleep several times despite the do not disturb sign. We arrived very late after a long day and just wanted to sleep. Not in need of turn down or cleaning service. Especially from staff who did not speak English asking if we needed it or urged us to check out despite extending the stay for another 4 hours. Clearly there was a break down in communication between the front desk with housekeeping."

"Everything was pretty good with the property. My only issue was with the parking situation. I did wind up getting a ticket because of alternate side of the street parking that I was not aware of. I wish there was some way at check-in that the front desk people would warn you when it’s an alternate side of the street parking zone that is my only complaint I would have paid for parking at the hotel, but there was no spot left available"

"Property is in a reasonably safe neighborhood, reasonably clean, a little outdated with loose fixtures and broken coffee maker but I wasn't there for the amenities, I was there to have a place to lay my head and that's what it provided at a reasonable cost"

However, please be aware that there is no option for food in the hotel, but lots of options as soon as you walk out the door. No in-room safe, but they do have large lockers in the lobby for you to store luggage if you arrive before check in time. No mini fridge either. The bathrooms are fine. "Extremely loud- outside subway line is right out the windows and the neighborhood is super noisy not to mentioned the sketchy guests banging doors, blaring loud music and arguing at all hours of the night- wish I could give zero stars. The only weird thing was there wasn't a full closing shower door for the shower And that took some time to get it used that. other than that great time,I would highly recommend the place"

There was surprisingly a good a mount of street parking in the immediate vicinity; the room was clean and decently sized for New York; the staff was helpful; there's a restaurant on site that I didn't try but seemed to be a fun vibe; and it's right next to a train stop so you can maneuver through the city easily.
