"Great location & staff was great. Only complaint is long wait for elevators, especially if bus loads of people arrive.
May I suggest to get a room on lower floors so you can take stairs as option. Wish I knew this before I was stuck up on the 39th floor. Lol!"

"Dirty, dated and worn out with abyssal service from multiple staff members. The fridge in the room didn’t work. We called to get it replaced, and they sent a man from maintenance who said that he was able to fix the fridge, but it never did work. After multiple requests over our 2-night stay, they also never replaced it as they said they were going to do. They didn’t even bring us ice as they promised they would, when we proposed that temporary measure. The bathroom shower had foil wrappers...

"Front desk staff were so friendly and really welcoming! We were able to check in early in the morning instead of the time we were told (3pm). Also, we were a few minutes late for checkout due to traffic and they were totally understanding and didn't charge a fee! I would start again for sure! Very clean room too!"

"Everything was very good.
I arrived a little early for check-in, and my room was already available, which was perfect.
The gym was good, and the location was convenient.
Just be aware that Canal Street, in this area, has lots of street vendors selling fake designer bags along the sidewalk.
There are a lot of them, so the street is very busy."

"The apartment was huge and very comfortable, the amenities were very good, the location was perfect for our trip, and the staff was good. We didn’t have a chance to make use of the lounge on our floor — an enormous room with a big kitchen, enough space to throw a party, a pool table, a big screen TV and two bathrooms — but it’s a great space. There were some ways to improve the room, like furniture in each room with drawers for clothes, another hook or bar in the bathroom for hanging wet towels,...

"Absolutely perfect hotel for a 4-day visit to New York with my 12-year-old daughter. The bunk pod room is tiny but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the large window had a great view filled the room with natural light during the day. We loved buying our breakfast pastries in the cafe in the morning. The location was so convenient for sightseeing and also for catching the airport bus to Newark. We would stay again!"
