"Older hotel but very clean!"

"Beds were comfy, breakfast was nice. Great price second time we've stayed for business."

"Firstly I want to say they claimed continental breakfast. But there was nothing continental about the breakfast. Secondly I booked a king bed they gave a 2 double beds. When I went to the front desk I was told they switched my rooms with no refund on the price difference. The room was horribly cleaned. Bathtub was horrendous. Dropped something behind the night stand and it was extremely dirty. No night stand bible. The WiFi didn’t work at all. "

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay...

"Great location outside of the city, well lit and very nice rooms"

"April at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, our overall stay had several issues. Although we booked a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smoke odor upon entering. We were offered a room change but chose to have housekeeping spray air freshener, which only temporarily masked the smell. Around 12:30 AM, there was significant noise coming from the room above us, likely due to children running and jumping. I attempted to call the front desk...

"This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

"Black out curtains don’t close - front desk “oh yea we know several rooms mothers are not getting to operate the curtains” and AC squeaked all night / choose somewhere else until they can get maintenance onsite. "

"I want to start this off by saying the hotel was very nice, breakfast was great and the staff were very kind. We picked this hotel because it looked to be in a nice area with a lot of things to do and it looked safe. Our vehicle and multiple others were broken into while staying and the hotel does not have surveillance cameras on the parking lot. What happened to our car was not the hotel’s fault and they were very helpful, but the lack of security was concerning. "

"It’s a basic and decent hotel. No bells and whistles and definitely does the job. It could use some updates. The TVs don’t allow for streaming, the toilet paper holder was broken and barely hanging on, but again, it definitely and ok hotel. "

"Very nice hotel. Room had fridge, but no microwave ( no biggie for us). Coffee was available 24 hours in lobby . Room was modern and had plenty of USB ports."

"The receptionist was wonderful at check in! She gave us ideas on where to go to get the Louisville experience! The breakfast was also quite decent for a hotel! Overall clean place and extremely satisfied. "
