"La estancia me pareció muy buena, no es hotel, es un departamento y por lo tanto funciona diferente, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, aunque mi solicitud de sábanas extras y almohadas me las resolvieron inmediatamente. "Door access panel was out of battery when we arrived. Hosts were not available to be reached at the provided phone number, were not made aware they would not be reachable. Hosts away all weekend and did not return until Monday morning. Did not call to check in upon returning, despite us leaving voice mails regarding the problem accessing their suite.
