"The location was perfect… close to coffee shops and restaurants, easy walking distance to the tram and airport transportation. The front desk staff were always so kind and helpful. The amenities in the room were plentiful and clean. Should be rated with higher stars and have more reviews as this was the best place to stay for our week in Edinburgh. Will come back again!"

"Room we got for the family was one big hall and tiniest bathroom ever made ( for people who are 6 foot or above good luck )
There us not enough place even to keep your stuff other than one study table
No extra tables only one chair
Entry is confusing but if you know technology you will be good especially after hours
Limited amenities like few tea and coffee
Cups to drink water will fill 2 sips of water so small
There is no disposable cups
No conditioner
Heating cooling and bathroom...

"This hotel is handy for the airport and there is a shuttle to the airport for a small charge. The staff were friendly but we were only there to sleep before an early flight, so didn’t use the bar/restaurant. The room was an okay size, but the curtain didn’t cover the window properly so light got in. The sofa bed for my daughter was sloping which wasn’t ideal. For an airport hotel, there was no decent soundproofing, so you could hear the flights late at night."
