"The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony! There really is no staff. If you have a problem you can reach someone via the phone in the lobby but that only works on the time. This is a digital check in and operation."

"We had a wonderful stay.
Paul and Michael are so friendly and helpful, they recommended lots of trips and reserved a whiskey experience for us.
Crescent House is a beautiful property and the breakfast was so delicious, so much choice.
We would love to stay again on a future visit to Edinburgh."

"It was ok. Location was good for transportation on buses or taxis. The room we got was definitely not a “luxury” hotel room or spacious like advertised and did not look like photos. There was no lift, so they should tell people they have to do stairs. The towel warmer didn’t work and there was no plug in for the hairdryer in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror. It had a bed and breakfast without the breakfast kind of feel, rather than a “boutique hotel,” so seems a little higher priced...
