"The staff was absolutely amazing. My nephew had a medical emergency in our room, and the hotel staff was instrumental in contacting the paramedics. The attention of the staff during and after the event cannot be praised enough. The concierge was very courteous and professional. The suites are very nice, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. "

"The hotel is a bit far from Amsterdam City Center but if you are looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay by the water and has comfortable beds (which is a rarity in the area I’ve found), this is a great spot! The rooms were clean, the bathrooms decent size. My only complaint really was that there wasn’t an in-room coffee maker but that isn’t a deal breaker for me. It is about 20 minutes by bus to the city center. The hotel was an affordable option and frankly, if I hadn’t already booked another place I would’ve stayed a couple of extra nights. "
