"First and foremost, the staff was perhaps the best I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and helpful best describes them. We arrived early and they were able to move some rooms around and let us check in early after an overnight flight. Housekeeping kept the room stocked. We opted for having breakfast included, which I highly recommend. Coffee, fruit juice, croissants, made to order eggs. Again, the people staffing the breakfast area was just so pleasant."

"Great place to stay. Walk to a local bar for a drink and dinner. A local bakery with great bread, pastries and coffee if you don't fancy the heavier breakfast of the hotel. Several restaurants and bars all in walking distance but far enough away to not be a noise concern. Hotel food was great. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa were all fabulous. Staff are very helpful and friendly. You can walk to the rest of the city from here, or you could take a tram or hire a bike. "

"I liked my stay at the Chasse Hotel Residency. The staff was great. Everyone was really nice and tried their best to make the guests feel welcome. The breakfast room was great. Breakfast was very good as well though it lacked a variety of vegan options. But I didn't ask for any. The hotel room was completely fine. I liked that there was a grocery shopping opportunity near the hotel. I'd recommend it. "
