"The staff member who checked me in (a black young lady with a long curly weave) was extremely rude, condescending, and inpatient. When checking in she made no eye contact while stating “Credit card and ID” I then stated oh I think I paid for this already. She then stated “Yeah Credit card and ID” I had to ask her what the credit card was for. I then thought I had breakfast included with my stay and she just kept saying “you can pay for breakfast”. She was just so short with me. She handled the Caucasian woman in front of me so delicately and just treated me like I was being for something. She was disgustingly rude and I’m not sure how or why she is in hospitality. She dampened me and my family’s whole experience. I pray she has an attitude and personality adjustment and doesn’t make anyone else feel this way. "

"Amazing experience! The room was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, the AC kept the room cool, and everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back."
