Hotel murah di Browns Summit

"They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. "Excellent hotel for business trip the workstation was good, king size bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the staff were super friendly."

"We appreciated the person at the front desk changing our reservation to first floor room since we are older and there was no elevator. She was a gem. Everything was comfortable, clean and convenient."

"Easy on and off the freeway. Older property and clean. Breakfast was not the greatest, even for hotel breakfasts. Eggs were so so. Coffee was very weak and most mornings there wasn’t much else."

"Clean linens, but there was still hair in the shower, the jacuzzi felt like you were going to fall through it when you were standing in the shower, and the external part of the jacuzzi where it covers the motor was falling off of the tub/wall. The shower wall (plaster) was falling apart, and it was questionable as to if we would find used needles on the carpet based off of the feel of the hotel. Anywhere we went, we were eyed like we were going to get mugged, and we weren't even dressed fancy."

"One elevator on the property and it broke down, I had to climb 5 flights of stairs with a injured ankle, the pull out sofa bed had wrappers and garbage in it, was not clean Front staff and maintenance was helpful but i believe the property needs more staff to help with everything."

"We had a booked originally a different hotel about 20 minutes away and it was absolutely disgusting. We were able to book this one within 30 minutes and be there and check in with no issues! Breakfast was excellent and everything was nice and clean. The staff was also super helpful."

"This hotel runs the incidentals as a charge rather than as an authorization. I caught this and called the hotel asking for a refund of the $100 incidentals charge. I was told it should be back in my account within 24 hours. 48 hours later it still isn’t returned. Just called the hotel again and was told it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to take place. When I told the woman this is why it should be an authorization rather than a charge she couldn’t care less what I had to say. This is a...
