"The room smelled like stale smoke the dead bolt to the door was broken and the toilet didn't work properly "

"We left this hotel after one night - we were suppose to be there 2 nights - the smell or cigarettes and pot were strong in the hallway and going into our rooms - the front desk staff was great and helped us check in Travis was very helpful- but the weed smell too strong that would never stay there again. "The Hampton Inn Heath is overall very good. I have just two minor quibbles. The first is that in-room microwaves are available rather than standard. It seems that they have to be specifically requested in advance. The second is that the placement of the soap dispenser in the bathroom is frankly bizarre and may be very awkward for shorter people. I should also note that the hotel is directly in the landing path of the nearby regional airport. Fortunately, we were not able to hear any planes...

"For the price of the room I would not expect there to be mold in the shower tile cracks. The staff was very nice. The cleaning people only made one bed because of a pillow we forgot on the other bed which is ridiculous. I have never stayed in a Doubletree before and I was told it was the best there was and I will not stay in another one. The room was dark and dingy. The view was a air conditioning units."
