"The owners and staff are very rude. They followed me to my room and kicked me out when I had friends staying at an another cottage rental down the street. They assumed they were staying with us not hearing us out saying they aren’t saying and kicked us out. It is so dirty not modern at all. I will never book there again."

"Take your own pots and pans as well as garbage bags. Last day of my stay I saw mice in my room and could not sleep all night long. Its a good location and during check in the person on the desk was very nice. But overall the motel is very old, run down, smelly, dirty and looks shady. The kitchen and bathroom had no vents! Fire alert! Also no microwave and no dishwaher. The walls shake when neighbours slam/open doors, 0 security - I would not bring small children here. Our 2 bedroom suite only...

"The location of Lions Beach Motel is hard to beat. It was close to everything we wanted to explore, and getting around was quick and easy. The room was clean, and Rohit was a super helpful host who was always available if we needed anything. My only suggestion would be to add air conditioning. "I needed a no-frills place to sleep so I could pick up campers at Camp Celtic. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable enough, the air conditioning worked really awesome, and there was a fridge, microwave, and Kettle. The cupboard stored extra pillows and a blanket. "I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued. "Too expensive for what was there.......Could have been vacuumed better....... coffee Kurigg did not work...... took forever to figure out how to run the TV with 2 remotes and no instruction sheet..And of course painting over blemishes and wallpaper peeling off the walls...... Was told there were only 3 rooms left - took a video of parking area- no one else was at the motel. Lady was most pleasant otherwise we would have walked away."
