Rooms were clean, ac was perfect. We stayed only for a few hours overnight as we were travelling so was perfect for our family. You could see management was maintaining the place and were very friendly. Will definitely stay again if ever stopping by.

The motel was perfect for my Son and I. The price point was very fair and though the motel is basic, it served our purpose perfectly. We even used the brand new common BBQ in the common area. The motel is across the street from No Frills so we found what we needed for the bbq there. We would go back as long as the price point remains fair

Clean, affordable, friendly.. what else do ya need? Having a second sink and mirror outside of the bathroom is very handy. The back building is nice and secluded, away from the main road. Nice big green area at the back. Dog friendly.

The stay was nice, the room clean and overall a simple, no frills location that you can confidently enjoy for rest. I only used the room for a short sleep while traveling through, so I can't comment on any amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I would factor that into staying here again. Thanks for the accommodations at a very reasonable rate.

This place has come a long way over the past year and is far better maintained. It is a basic place suited for contractors who require a clean room and basic amenities. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask as the staff will try to help out as best they can.

Basic room was clean, TV channels/ reception very good, fridge, microwave adequate, air conditioning good, bathroom clean just enough towels (could have used two more bath towels). Things that need improvement: beds needs top sheet, pillows without shams, better parking at rear, security on entrance at rear, lamps that work, need an extra lamp between beds. Good enough for one night. Overall rating: 7

Our stay was disturbed by a worker that was supposed to do wiring of some sort but waited until we left. I don't think any of the work was done when we came back from our day out, as we still had no wifi or working TV in our room. We also had no cold water and a broken faucet with a bucket under our sink to catch water. There was also nowhere to hang our clothing and the towel and shampoo situation was horrible for wanting to take a shower. Communication with staff was horrible. We tried explaining our issues with the front employee and he didn't seem to care, just said they'll close it down until work is finished. I'm sure they never did. I'm glad I received my deposit back but, would have been nice to be at least partially refunded for our stay. I definitely don't think we'll stay there again. The only good thing about our room was the bed. It was clean and comfortable.

The price was great, which was a factor for us in booking the room. The room was in good condition and had everything we needed…a bed, shower, air conditioning, mini-fridge and microwave. The young man, Faiz, who checked us in was very kind and helpful and offered us some cold drinks. On the downside, the appearance of the entrance to the building/check-in area was not the most welcoming. We were also disappointed to find that the ice maker was empty and turned off when we went to get ice the next morning. We would also recommend having a bath mat that could be placed on the floor of the tub to prevent slips while showering.

Room was clean, that's about it. No Kleenex in the dispensers. NO CHAIR in the room, had to watch TV from the bed. ONE blanket on the bed, that looked like a moving van quilted cover. Couldn't park in front of the room, had to haul everything into the room. Toilet was loose and moved when you sat down. Cheap price, but NOT IMPRESSED.

No access to the main door even after asking for a key; other guests seemed to have access, but I had to go in from the rear. The room did not look like the photos shown. The room had little to no ventilation and always felt extremely humid; while it was hot outside, the room was relatively cool. Dead bugs were littered in the corners of the room. I understand the facility is under new management, but the "upgrades/renovations" mentioned felt rushed and like patchwork. They repainted the room, but many light switches and other things were painted over, just like the stereotypical university landlord. There were clear holes in the walls from doors being slammed open. Front desk staff were nice but did not seem to know exactly what was happening. There was no room service until I had asked for it on day 7 of my stay; it looked like they did everything except change the sheets. They had decided to repaint the hallway but did not open any doors or windows for any ventilation, so the hall constantly smelled of paint even after it had dried. Overall, while I stayed there since I was in the area for work, I will not be returning due to the overall poor experience.
