"This is a great hotel. The staff, food and accommodation are all very good. We were in a recently opened new part of the hotel and the fixtures and fittings were excellent. We had a problem with the speed of the wifi in our room but the manager made it a priority to get it sorted."

"Clean rooms with everything you would expect in most hotels. Complimentary water in the room was welcomed especially as we stayed when temperatures were higher. Only upgrade that would be helpful is air-conditioning although we were lucky we had a cross draught with the window and balcony doors which helped hugely. Even though the website says there is a fan in the room I had to go down to reception and ask for one. "Two criticisms of the bathroom. The soap and shampoo bottles were unreachable when I was having a bath. Far too high, only useful for a shower or at the basin. Also the non slip patches in the bath were very uncomfortable to sit on. Did the designer of the bath ever try to take a bath??"
