They are undergoing a management change, and every guest is unhappy. The manager was very kind to me and treated me to a complimentary dinner. Best Western Plus Jekyll Island
It was not mentioned at check in that if you wanted maid service for your room you had to request it a head of time. Would have been nice to know that so I could have my room refreshed and more coffee and towels. When I did request it at the front desk they were quick to react.
