My only complaint last visit was that the early morning wake up call didn't happen. They seemed to have a problem with the automated service, so set you own alarm as well if you can"

"I have never in my life stayed so close to a train station. It was so convenient. Also quiet. I never heard the trains. We stayed here because we needed a place near the airport. I thought this was affordable. So close to the airport. Restaurant and bar was great too. I would absolutely stay here again. "

However, for the naive it can be confusing as there is another Courtyard by Marriott Brussels in the city which is much more centrally placed. The difference is that one has EU on the end. This doesn't! If you don't realise that then like us, you'll be headed for a hotel stuck in the suburbs rather than the hubbub. "We had a very nice one night stay. Great peaceful location in the heart of the forest, when you look outside your window you look into the forest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice accomodation, could use a little tlc in some corners, but that's just regular wear and tear. Rooms are practically designed, a little dark for my taste (but that's personal preference). If I need to give one negative feedback point, you need to make reservations for the pool (time slot of 45min / 30 persons) it...

"I booked a room here for a two-day meeting. Sara was really helpful in providing directions from the airport and arranging a remote check-in (I arrived while she was traveling). The room was really comfortable and had everything I needed. Very convenient location, near several bus lines. Highly recommended!"

"Great stay! Cozy bed and good sized bathroom. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The bar staff was nice and chatted with us for a while. "This hotel is very close to the Bourse and only a few minutes walk from the Grande Place. It is ideally situated for anyone who wants to see the sites and is only about ten minutes or so walk from Brussels Central Station. We were warmly welcomed by the Receptionist who spoke very good English. He could not have been more helpful. The hotel has a lift and we were allocate a room on the fourth floor.
