"What an amazing hotel! Very friendly staff and the 24 hour lounge with books, drinks and snacks is a treasure. We a small issue with our TV not workings they sent someone right up to check it out and then quickly moved us to another room! Definitely returning here for our next NYC stay!"

"Nice place. Everything worked, quiet, good public transit. Lots of nice amenities like an umbrella in the closet, lots of plugs, a fridge. At $22.50, breakfast was outrageously expensive. Cheap bagels, sugary muffins, and outlets in the breakfast room that didn’t work. I’d take some of the tables and chairs away and put a few comfy sofas."

"It's small (welcome to NYC!), but very well done. All staff members we encountered were so friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Some items could use a refresh but the rooms were well-appointed. There is a fun bar right next door, but the only caveat is due to its popularity, if your room is facing the street, it is loud - not traffic noise but loud people outside. Again, that's NYC. Overall, great location, great hotel and I would definitely stay there again!"
