"Very friendly staff - welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and clean. We didn’t take advantage of breakfast, but enjoyed cocktails in the lobby bar and speakeasy. Nice selection and well executed. The hotel is nicely located within the theatre area, but just far enough from Times Square that it doesn’t feel chaotic the instant you walk out. Subway options are very close by, as well as plenty of eating choices. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"The ‘cosy room’ is as described, don’t expect a lot of space for storage or swinging cats. And don’t expect a huge lobby. However, the attention to detail, design, and innovative use of space is fantastic throughout.
