"Absolutely incredible stay ! The room was pristine and the staff were so kind and helpful with everything we needed ! The location in Times Square was perfect. We were in town for a Broadway musical and only had a 5 minute walk to our theater. Highly recommend !"

"Property is close to all the relevant attractions but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Easy to access public transportation. Food ordered and served was good. Rooftop Spyglass Bar is just OK other than the view of the Empire State bldg which is outstanding. Room I had was small, had limited soundproofing, and had a loud and obtrusive HVAC system. Overall it was acceptable but I would stay elsewhere next time I need to be in midtown."
