"My wife didn't want a big hotel that took forever to get to the rooms. This was ideal and the beds were so comfortable, not the biggest of rooms but no problem as who spends lots of time in hotels when there is so much to see. Staff were great too."

Beautiful art deco style lobby with plenty of lounging areas, fun, suiting colors, big, comfortable sectionals, 24/7 open bar, great cocktails, and some food too. Friendly , professional staff . Comfortable bed with high quality sheets and pillows, color changing mood lights, blackout curtain, all digital. Smart design. I will definitely stay here in the future again! Highly recommend! "
"The only problem I had with this hotel was that at check-in, a black woman, a bit rude because I didn't want to pay for the upgrade she was offering, assigned me a room (1460) with a view that was worse than terrible. I immediately went down to the front desk to complain, and a very kind gentleman assisted me. He understood the situation and moved me to an excellent room (3509) with a partial view of Times Square."

We loved our 2 room 2 bathroom apartment - very handy for a family of 4. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We also utilised the kitchenette fully. Staff were accommodating. Didn’t have much chance to visit the lounge but breakfast was available for a fee. Would definitely stay again. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
