"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"英語がわからなかった私に、スタッフのジョンさんが丁寧にお部屋の案内していただき、初日から安心してすごせました。客室はすっきりとした清潔感があり、スタッフさんも全員フレンドリーで親切で安心してすごせました。コーナーのパークビューでしたが、ブライアントパークとビル群見渡せて解放感ある景色は素晴らしかったです。朝すぐにブライアントパークを散歩できる体験はニューヨークのよい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。"

"This is the fourth time that we have stayed at a Citizen M hotel. We stayed 3 times in Copenhagen and once in NYC. Love the attention from the staff at both hotels. They really try to make your stay a positive experience."

"Perfect location"

"Great stay, location excellent and staff was fantastic! Will be back"

"Great location, friendly staff"

"Nice hotel. Good location for Mid town. The resort fee is ridiculous & just an extra charge disguised. Room was nice & the hotel took into account my requests. Staff very nice. Breakfast fine"

"Location is central to a lot of tourist attractions. Seconds to Times Square, close to Central Park, tons of nearby shopping and restaurants. Staff at check in were very friendly. The lobby has a very pleasant smell and the chaos from outside is left at the door. The lobby and rooms are quiet and very clean. The rooftop bar is a nice perk and offers awesome views especially at night. Rooms are spacious. We would definitely come again."

"Good location … Clean rooms and bathrooms."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kixby. Excellent location and right next to a Subway station. Staff was so helpful as well!"
