They will hold your luggage if your room isn’t ready which is so convenient and we used our spare time to explore the city! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful! I loved it, made me feel at home :) 10/10 overall! The area is also super close to Times Square and theres multiple restaurants nearby! Love the area and it’s very safe! We will book again in the future!"

"We stayed on the 14th floor which was a good choice, as the elevators were divided between lower floors and upper floors, and there always seems to be a line for the upper floor elevators. There was only one place to get water and that was in the basement. This was a little inconvenient. Otherwise the hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful."

"Great position for sight-seeing (esp. as close to Grand Central. Clean, large enough room with everything we needed. Very comfy bed and quiet enough room. The best thing was the coffee, cans and snacks that were available 24/7 in The Reading Room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"Well, the steam was off on the block for the first night, so we knew we wouldn’t have warm water for showers, but the shower water never did get warm. Cold showers the entire time. The sink water was warm, just not the shower. It was clean, which is the most important thing for me, and it was close to everything we wanted to be close to."
